Our Thanks to You, our supporters & sponsors On behalf of the Seafest Royal Party and the Pageant Committee, our deepest thanks for your contributions to this years successful event. The coronation of Kayla Mooney as the 2011 Seafest Queen took place at the Lydia Davidson Theatre (Y’ARC), with Ashley Saulnier being selected as her Lady in Waiting and Kayla Fells chosen as Miss Friendship. The entire Royal Party spent the festival, enjoying tours, dinners, special events and the parades. Your continued participation allows these young women to experience friendships, fellowships and community networking in a setting that is new to them, and which continues beyond Seafest week to include year long events and activities. Ariel Smith, our 2010 Seafest Queen is planning to attend the Miss Canada International Pageant, in Toronto, in Spring 2012, officially representing Southwestern Nova Scotia for our 15th year. Once again, we are truly grateful for your support. These young women are your ambassadors and I encourage you to say hello as you see them volunteering throughout the year at various events.
